Here's a good shot of da kine lifting the pua'a (pig) out of the imu (underground oven) at a luau. That pork was incredibly tender and moist, and we wish we would achieve the same results at home! That's why it's so much fun to take visitors to the Polynesian Cultural Center (among other luaus) to enjoy the sights, scents and tastes of the islands. |
